I have been a summer intern at Modlingua. If I start comparing, I have seen a major improvement in myself in the past 15 days. I was new to the field of translation and interpretation and thanks to Modlingua, I not only learned about these topics in detail but also about social and online marketing. Thanks to our mentor, Dr. Ravi Kumar, we are being guided at every step, we are encouraged to become the best version of ourselves. I had never been active on platforms like LinkedIn and telegram, but now I have made many connections and have been regularly in touch with my fellow interns from all over the world. Being a French language student, I have also been in touch with French students, professors, and business associates.

 

The webinars, articles, and videos uploaded on Modlingua's website have been beneficial. Every day I'm learning something new. There was one webinar conducted by Mr. Ravi Kumar where we had a special guest Dr. Preeti, a renowned name in the field of interpretation, who talked about the world of interpretation in great detail. Just by listening to her, I got so motivated that I found myself taking notes. And now, whenever we have a webinar I take notes even if it's just a motivational speech given by mentors or a talk regarding certain technical aspects of the business world, I make sure that I record something. Before going to bed, I make sure that I read at least one article published by other interns on our website. Modlingua is a whole other world in itself that has motivated me to work hard and explore different options. I have introduced many people to this organization, having got around 25 subscribers for our channel . I have found a significant change in my behavioral pattern as well. Initially, I was unable to concentrate and watch long videos, but now I feel myself fully engrossed, taking notes, and absorbing everything that I am watching and listening. Thanks to Modlingua, my lockdown hasn't been boring as I am learning something new with each passing day as I strongly believe that an investment in knowledge always pays the best interest!
