Self-assessment report: My internship experience with Modlingua in past 2 weeks has been quite intriguing. I was able to develop my active listening, planning and content writing skills to an extent. I appreciate the openness and direct communication so that I know what is expected of me and how well I am meeting those expectations. I particularly found direct interactions through the means of webinars, to be very useful in improving my social media interactions and expansion of self-network. I also recognized the importance of teamwork, communication and perseverence through the "Wolf pack leadership" concept, I explored my language and its variables through the webinar "how to learn a foreign language quickly" and the "Ants network and translators" as well as daily task management. I recognized that I am somewhat disorganized and the need to improve my management and digital interaction skills. While it still remains a challenge, I have seen some progress in the same and look forward to continually improving through Modlingua!
